5. Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation? Did my order go through?
If the payment was successful, you should have automatically received an order confirmation. Please check your spam folder to see if it ended up there!
4. Why can’t I use the promo code I found?
We don’t have the option to enter a coupon code during checkout. If you received one from a random website, they likely just list a lot of websites and makes up the codes.
