The exterior shipping box doesn’t contain any marks or information that can identify the contents of the package.

Orders are processed every hour, automatically. Once the information is sent to our shipping partner, it is difficult to stop the shipment and cancel the order. We will do our best to assist you with a cancellation, but it is difficult. Please take this into consideration when purchasing.

We don’t have the option to enter a coupon code during checkout. If you received one from a random website, they likely just list a lot of websites and makes up the codes.

For most regions (United States, European Union, Australia, Canada), we ship via a local warehouse. Therefore, we have already pre-paid any taxes in order to get it into the country. Please select your country during check-out for more information.

For other regions, we may ship directly from our main warehouse via DHL. There may be additional taxes. If your region is one of them, you will see a note during checkout. For your information, we put a low value on the goods, to ensure you pay as little taxes as possible. Most people do not pay additional fees- it really depends on how strict your country of residence is.

We take your privacy very seriously. We have designed our system to record as little information about our users as possible. Every byte of your data that passes through our servers, including your text, picture, and voice messages, are fully encrypted using the same data encryption technology as Google, Skype, Facetime, and other industry leaders. All video calls are peer-to-peer with end to end encryption and never pass through our servers. Furthermore, none of your data is ever kept on our servers longer than seven days.

Unfortunately, our shipping partner doesn’t allow us to choose which carrier will do the final delivery. They choose from a variety of carriers, so please keep that in mind when ordering.

The exterior box will be a standard brown box without any markings that refer to our company. Inside the exterior box should be an additional discreet box. Inside that box is the product.

During checkout, you will see a list of countries we ship to. If the country of your shipping address is not included in the list, it means we cannot ship to this country due to slow shipping times, expensive prices and/or customs issues.

Yes, we provide a one-year warranty for all our toys. The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the sex toy. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the sex toy will void the warranty. You will have to provide order details, certain account details and proof of the issue (or return the unit to us) to redeem the warranty.

Due to health concerns, we don’t accept returns for refund or exchange purposes once the product has been used/opened. This is standard in the sex toy industry.

Having said that, if the product is defective, we can honor our one-year warranty after confirming your order information, certain account details, and the issue. If you have any problems, please contact us at www.yokonex.com/contact-us/ and we’ll do our best to assist your issues.

We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Unopened means in the original packaging with the plastic seal intact.
